Alexandre Fonseca is a PhD candidate in Economics at the Federal University of Pernambuco and a senior researcher at the Federal Revenue of Brazil. Alex holds an MPA from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and degrees in Economics and Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco. His research interests are taxation, political and development economics.
